CHRISTINE SOROKA

Christine Soroka-Greenfield, flutist, is a graduate of The New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, MA. She has attended other institutions including the Manhattan School of Music, Boston Conservatory and Saratoga School of Orchestral Studies, and studied with such flute legends as Julius Baker, Sam Baron, Jeanne Baxtresser, Murray Panitz, Fenwick Smith and Lois Schaefer.
Christine is the former Principal Flutist with the New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra and has also played with The French Symphony of Boston. She has been freelancing for over 20 years with many different ensembles.
Her album, Fantasias for Flute, was the top selling Flute album for Music Minus One in 2007. She has a private flute studio in her home and teaches students of all ages and levels.
Christine is a former member of The Tanglewood Festival Chorus in Boston, MA. She enjoys choral and solo singing, in all genres.
